Cancellation & Returns Policy

At IRICOM Solar Energy and Infrastructure Private Limited (“IRICOM Solar Energy”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), customer satisfaction is important to us. This Cancellation & Returns Policy explains the terms under which orders for our solar products and services may be canceled, returned, or refunded.


1. Order Cancellation

Product Orders

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of order placement, provided the order has not been processed, dispatched, or allocated for installation.

  • To request a cancellation, customers must contact us immediately with complete order details.

  • Once an order has been dispatched or installation work has commenced, cancellation will not be permitted.

Service / EPC Orders

  • Cancellation of Solar EPC, installation, or project-based services is subject to project stage and incurred costs.

  • Any expenses already incurred (site survey, engineering, procurement, mobilization) will be deducted from the refund, if applicable.


2. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of solar and electrical products, returns are accepted only under specific conditions.

Eligible for Return

  • Returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery

  • Products must be:

    • Unused and uninstalled

    • In original packaging with all accessories and documentation

    • In resalable condition

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Installed or used solar panels, inverters, batteries, or electrical equipment

  • Customized or made-to-order solar systems

  • EPC and installation services

  • Products marked as Non-Returnable

  • Items damaged due to improper handling, installation, or external factors


3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.

  • Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


4. Return Process

  1. Contact our support team to request a return authorization

  2. Upon approval, ship the product to the address shared by our team

  3. After receipt and inspection, eligible refunds will be processed

⚠️ Unauthorized returns will not be accepted


5. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection and approval

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

  • Shipping, handling, installation, and service charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error


6. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will bear the return shipping cost
